Responsibilities will include ensuring safe work practices are being followed, overseeing mechanical maintenance activities on 2nd shift, managing manpower and personnel issues, ensuring maintenance schedules are followed, implementing continuous improvement ideas and supporting production when equipment issues arise.

The successful candidate will have had previous supervisory experience, demonstrated trouble shooting skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and the ability to lead and mentor maintenance personnel. A minimum of an Associates Degree is required or the equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
