Network Technician
Full-time position working with 200 end users in 14 locations. Provides support for PCs, printers, servers, and basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN equipment such as switches and routers. Supports all software including upgrades and installations. Assists with special projects. Requires 1-2 yrs experience supporting PCs and servers; A+ or greater certifications; familiar with Microsoft software and systems, Citrix products, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and other basic network services. Able to lift/carry 50 lbs. Requires valid drivers license for occasional travel to branches. Working 37.5 per week, additional hours as needed on weekends and special projects. Full benefit package including paid vacation and 401k.
