Customer Support Representative
PART-TIME position in the e-Banking & Customer Support Department in Bloomsburg location. Customer Support Representatives are the point of contact for all electronic and telephone banking. Must be able to assist customers in an efficient and professional manner, determine the purpose and need of customer contact, answer inquiries and resolve problems related to account maintenance and banking services, recommend appropriate products and transfer calls to other bank personnel if needed. HS diploma or equivalent and/or additional education or specialized training a plus; a minimum of 1-2 years experience in banking, customer service or call center preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong grammar and vocabulary; active listening; ability to quickly compose a well written email; proficient computer, phone and organizational skills; attention to details; a positive and professional mannerism. Mon-Fri., 29 hrs per week; rotating Saturday (9-1) once every 2 months; evening team meeting per month from 5-5:45pm. 401(k), paid holidays and vacation.
