Project Manager
This full-time position supports the Director of Facilities Management in the Engineering Department. Responsibilities include managing the project work load, setting priorities, program documentation, quality improvement initiatives, customer satisfaction, managing personnel resources, documenting performance and productivity, and providing training, coordination and leadership. Candidate must be familiar with Joint Commission and Dept of Health Regulations and have working knowledge of building trades such as HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Pneumatic Controls, Boilers and Chillers. A CFC certification, as well as a High School Diploma or equivalent, is required. Prior experience in Healthcare Maintenance or commercially related environment is also required.
