Industry An assistant plant manager needed as a 2nd shift working line supervisor in a rapidly expanding soybean processing facility. The employee will report to the plant manager and be responsible for a number of employees. Some weekend work required with frequent plant visits during off- duty hours. Also must be willing to be on-call during off-duty hours. Qualification requirements is 5-10 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing or processing environment.
