AUTHORITY The Bloomsburg Municipal Authority (BMA) has the following full-time positions available at its Wastewater Treatment Plant. Positions require the possession of a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or the ability to attain one within one year. Positions are part of the Collective Bargaining Unit and are required to work rotating weekends and holidays, as well as working an on-call rotation. MAINTENANCE/
OPERATOR This position will be responsible for repairs and maintenance of all wastewater treatment plant and pumping station mechanical and electrical systems and associated equipment. Previous experience in the operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations is preferred. OPERATOR This position will be responsible for performing skilled and semi-skilled work in the operation, maintenance and control of the wastewater treatment plant and pumping stations. Previous experience in the operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants is preferred.
