Requirements include strong PHP development skills, extensive knowledge of HTML & Javascript, and experience with SQL & Database Management Systems. Familiarity with Windows/IBM server operating systems is a plus but not required. Must be willing to learn new technologies as needed. Must be capable of working independently as well as in a group dynamic. Must also possess strong analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs and good interpersonal skills to interact with agents, team members and policyholders.

Degree in Information Systems preferred, but will also consider proven work experience.
