The Borough of Shickshinny is accepting applications for the position of Part-Time Street Department Laborer. Applicants must possess a valid PA motor vehicle license with a clean driving history and have dependable transportation to and from work. This position entails the physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and basic knowledge to perform vehicle and equipment maintenance as req-uired. Applicant is required to be available and have the experience to operate a snowplow with spreader during the winter months and perform groundskeeping job duties during the summer months. The successful candidate will be required to work at our offices located in Scott Twp., Mifflinville, and Danville as needed. Hours are approximately 30-40 per week and include Thursday, Friday, Saturday (8:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.) and Monday.
