Duties include: preparing, scanning and indexing signature cards, address changes, etc.; preparing deposit account statements; answering incoming calls and assisting
customers with questions/
requests; opening and distributing incoming mail; processing outgoing mail; assisting with answering switchboard calls and transferring to proper department or individual; researching information; maintaining account records; balancing and reconciling various deposit accounts. A working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures which impact the deposit operations function is helpful. Applicants must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
