CornellCookson, Inc, a leading and growing manufacturer of Security Closure Products, is seeking a qualified Sales Support Representative to work in our Contract Fulfillment Department.

The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for processing all orders that come through our Pennsylvania and Arizona plants by utilizing WebGen and Frontier Software. This position is also responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers through emails and phone calls, and maintaining positive working relationships with external customers as well as internal associates.

To be successful at the job, the ideal candidate will need great communication skills and an ability to represent the company to customers. Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work well in a team environment. Applicants should have 3-5 years previous sales experience. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications preferred. Previous experience in the commercial door industry and/or construction related industry is a definite plus.
