Development Specialist The Columbia County Redevelopment Authority is seeking a motivated individual to serve as a Community Development Specialist to: assist in developing housing and community development projects, organize community groups and events, negotiate property acquisitions and initiate conservatorships, qualify homeowners and 1st Time Home Buyers for eligibility in various programs, assist in developing housing and programs for homeless and others in need and conduct relocation activities. Applicants should possess excellent IT, interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to learn new programs. Knowledge of CDBG, HOME and other state or federal programs is a plus.
