Manufacturing Autoneum North America, Inc., a world-class automotive carpet system supplier located in Bloomsburg, PA has recently experienced some internal growth and is looking for the following positions: Production Supervisor Responsibilities will include ensuring safe work practices are being followed, overseeing production lines on the shift, managing manpower and personnel issues, ensuring production schedules are followed, implementing continuous improvement ideas and working with maintenance when equipment issues arise. The successful candidate will have had previous supervisory experience, demonstrated trouble shooting skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and the ability to lead and mentor production personnel. A minimum of an Associates Degree is required or the equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift. Tooling Coordinator Responsibilities include developing tooling concepts and specifications, managing the tooling design and build process, and providing engineering and tooling support to the product development teams, CFT's and manufacturing plants as required. Will oversee building prototype and production tooling. Participate and support costing and RFQ process with Cost, Purchasing and Program Management Departments including tooling matrix responsibility. Will track the progress of tooling programs and manage the tooling design and build process ensuring costs are within budget. Will support management of engineering changes with program management and assist in driving continuous improvements with all aspects of tooling including suppliers.Ensure compliance with all related TS16949, QS 9000 and ISO 14001 procedures and requirements. Must be able to travel as required to manufacturing plants and tool shops to support assigned programs. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related technical degree preferred but not necessary. Must be familiar with automotive related component drawings and math data files. Experience with compression molding, tool design, cost estimation and tool building desired. Must have a solid understanding of the manufacturing process and hands-on experience. Project management experience and compression molding experience desired. Main Township The Main Township Board of Supervisors will be accepting applications for position of a Part-Time Police Officer. The application must: (1) Possess a diploma from an accredited high school or a graduate equivalency diploma (GED); (2) Be Certified under the Municipal Police Officers Education and Training Act (Act 120), or shall have successfully completed Act 120 Training and successfully passed the final exam, thus being eligible for Act 120 Certification; (3) Be a United States Citizen; (4) Be physically and mentally fit to perform the full duties of a police officer; (5) Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age; and (6) Possess a valid vehicle operator license and be eligible to legally operate a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania.

Selected applicants will be required to pass a physical and psychological examination prior to being hired. They must undergo a back ground check which will include financial background. The township may direct them where to go for the physical and psychological exams.

Officers hired will undergo a probation period of 6 months, during that time period they can be dismissed for any reason.
